We do not guarantee the availability of all the requested items at the moment you place an order.  

RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return, please follow the instructions below:

All claims must be made within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund minus shipping. Please email to

to request a Return Authorization (RA). The following information must be included in the email:

  1. Order number
  2. List of the returned items  
  3. Reason for return

All returned items must have  original packaging. If the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we reserve the right to reject a return.

Important: If the order was qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the credited amount.

Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date are not eligible for credit. a refund or credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Special orders do not subject to refunds and exchanges.

Sale items are final sale.

If you are returning damaged (from original receipt of or defective items, please send pictures and a good contact email to luxeloops@luxloopsaccessories.com within 5 days of receipt. Further instructions will be sent to the provided email address.

Eligible returns are processed within 5 business days.
